Head On Ice Skills Coach
Evan Minnick Wilday
The Colorado 14ers are beyond excited to add Evan Minnick Wilday to our staff as the lead skating and skills coach for the 2022-2023 season! Evan brings one of the most impressive hockey backgrounds to the 14ers coaching staff and we could not be more thrilled to have her involved in our program. Evan played her youth hockey @lhahawks before transitioning to the girls side playing AAA hockey at Colorado Select from its inaugural season through her Senior year of high school. Evan attended Rocky Mountain District and @usahockey National Camp throughout her youth career where she has the opportunity to represent the state of Colorado and be considered for the National program. Following her youth career, Evan was recruited to play NCAA Division 1 hockey where she had a standout 4 years @colgatewih before ending her amazing career playing for @esc_planegg in the EWHL in Germany. Evan not only brings a wealth of knowledge of the game, but adds value in her ability to teach skating in skills and mentorship for all females in our program. Welcome Evan!
